Sam Cook, also a long time local resident, manages Non-Stop Fitness and Sam’s contact information can be found within the site. Sam is a Rowan County native that fell in love with weight training and fitness at an early age through sports participation at South Rowan High School and has been in weight training for 20+ years.
Not being a large box gym definitely has it’s advantages! There’s a friendly atmosphere, a clean gym environment, and quality equipment.
